This page describes the The Olive Institute Workshop SMS Program operated by Authentikos Advisory LLC doing business as The Olive Institute (“we,” “us”).

Program Description

We send customer-care text messages for workshop attendance confirmation and logistics to people who already registered for a free educational workshop and provided a mobile number. Messages may include:

• Registration and seat confirmation
• Event reminders and logistics (date, time, venue)
• Attendance confirmation requests (for example, reply YES if still attending)
• Heads-up that we may place a brief confirmation call from our workshop line
• Help and opt-out confirmations

We do not use this program for cold outreach to purchased lists or unrelated marketing blasts.

How Users Opt In

You opt in on the workshop registration form at https://theoliveinstitute.com by completing both of the following:

1. Entering your mobile phone number, and
2. Affirmatively checking a separate, unticked SMS consent checkbox that states: “I agree to receive automated workshop text messages from The Olive Institute (Authentikos Advisory LLC) at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies (up to 3 messages per workshop). Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to register for or attend a free workshop.” The form also links to these SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy.

We only enroll a number in this SMS program when that checkbox is checked. Providing a phone number alone (without checking the box) is not SMS consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the workshop(s) you register for. You may receive up to 3 messages per workshop.

Msg & Data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

Text STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further program texts. Text HELP for help, or email info@theoliveinstitute.com or call (830) 402-5481.

No Third-Party Sharing of Mobile Opt-In for Marketing

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. We do not sell or rent your phone number or SMS consent to third parties for their marketing purposes.

• Quick heads-up: we may call from this number about your Olive Institute workshop. No sales pitch. STOP to opt out.
• Hi, this is The Olive Institute. We just tried calling about your workshop on Aug 11. Call us back if plans change. STOP to opt out.

Privacy

We treat mobile numbers as personal information under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number. See also the Privacy Policy statement that mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.
