These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, workshop registration pages, educational tools, email, phone, and text messaging operated by The Olive Institute, an educational program of Authentikos Advisory LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Legal business name: Authentikos Advisory LLC doing business as The Olive Institute. By using our services or registering for a workshop, you agree to these Terms.
The Olive Institute provides free educational workshops and tools about retirement topics such as Social Security, taxes, and estate planning. Advisory services, when offered, are provided by Authentikos Advisory LLC, a registered investment adviser. Educational content is not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice.
When you register for a workshop, you provide contact information (such as name, email, phone number, and related details) so we can confirm your seat, share logistics, and follow up about the event. Seats are complimentary and may be limited. We may cancel or reschedule events and will notify registered attendees when practical.
We may use the contact information you provide to communicate with you about your registration and workshop, including confirmations, reminders, logistics, attendance, and related customer care by email and phone.
SMS/text messages are optional and require separate consent. We send workshop-related SMS only when you provide a mobile number and affirmatively check the unticked SMS consent checkbox on the registration form. Providing a phone number or registering for a workshop, without checking that box, does not constitute consent to receive SMS. Consent to receive SMS is not required to register for or attend a free workshop, and declining SMS does not affect your registration in any way.
Message frequency varies, with up to 3 messages per workshop. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
You can cancel SMS anytime by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop SMS to that number. Text HELP for help, or email info@theoliveinstitute.com.
You agree not to misuse our sites or services, submit false registration information, or interfere with other attendees or our systems.
Workshops and tools are provided for education “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on educational content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
